Why You Need an ITC

The role of the Implant Treatment Coordinator (ITC) is to increase implant production for surgical practices and their referring partners. The ITC coordinates patient communication between the surgical and restorative practices, keeping everyone on the same page during each step of the implant process. The duties of the ITC include scheduling, tracking implant data, and enhancing referral relationships. A qualified ITC handles the administrative work associated with implants, allowing the doctor to stay chair-side and provide quality patient care.
